The most amazing veterinary clinic ever. I couldn’t expect a better service. This place has its unique charm, the staff is very friendly, professional and kind. The doctor treated us with a lot of attention and respect. Dr Andrew didn’t just do the vaccine for my kitten, he did a health check, explained me everything I need to know about the vaccine and next planned appointments. He did the injection painlessly and my cat even didn’t move. After this visit I realised how incompetent our previous vet clinic in South Kensington was where the doctors were not careful, we had to hold a small kitten with four hands for the vaccine. A poor little was screaming and I was feeling stressed and was crying all day. I’m happy that now I found the best vet and I will definitely not change my them! Thank you

This is a great vet clinic and I'm very happy we found it after a terrible experience with Village Vet Maida Vale. The staff is very kind and I appreciate the more traditional approach to care. If I thought they couldn't resolve an issue, I'd take my cat to a different vet, but I trust Dr. Carmichael and his staff with my cat for most ailments. They recently helped my cat with a bout of cystitis and had him back, bouncing around the house in a few days. I had no issue getting an appointment or getting medicine -- all at an affordable price. If it had been Village Vet, several hundreds of pounds later my cat might still be suffering. Thank you, Dr. Carmichael, for taking good care of Apollo.

Caring, and knowledgeable. I've often got sound, helpful advice from the practice nurses. Our cat has just been neutered by Mr Carmichael the practice vet. He's a very kind and caring vet. Our cat was well looked after, and feels much happier after his *snip*.

Appsolutly fantastic. It was my first visit there. After 4-5 months of investigation with other vets why my dog has constant eye infection and many antibiotics which did nothing for him, Vet Andrew Carmichael spotted imidiaty what was the problem. Im so happy that my dog would not have to suffer much longer.

I recently lost my old pet and this vet clinic was hands down the best service, care and attention to detail I have ever experienced. They are run as a family business. Dr Andrew is kind and loves animals. Their prices are so fair and they do not try and upsell you or scam you off like Village pets or Medivet - I would 100% recommend them.

I’ve never had such outstanding service from any other vets. The friendliness of the whole team is unsurpassed and their fees and prices are the fairest of all. I can’t recommend this practice enough. Thank you.

One of the best clinic if not the best Always even for emergencies they accept me on last minute call Mr Andrew is very experience and also Agni is one of the best vets there !!! Highly recommend!

The Staff are very understanding and helpful. I took my son with me to pick up our cat. He said it was the best experience in a veterinary clinic compared to other vets we have been to. The vet Andrew Carmichael is very thorough and honest about what he thinks would be best for the animal. It isn't always surgery first he would rather explore a less evasive clinical approach before major surgery.! My son + I felt so relieved that he fully understood our concerns. He quickly put our minds at ease and we had one happy relaxed cat!

The very best vet i've ever had for my cat. She is 11 now, I had to leave and go back to France, how I miss her dear vet, the actual one is good, but it just isn't the same. Here it felt like being taken care of by a family friend, the essential, always available, reassuring, very knowledgeable and most of all caring.

Brilliant!!!. Friendly helpful staff. The vet Dr.C is, a no nonsense, down to earth vet. I searched, for a long, long time, to find a vet practice, that wasn't owned & run by those money making companies, who try to sell you everything, to raise your bill. Eventually, i found this vet clinic, & i am VERY grateful, & VERY Happy being with them!!!.
