A friendly, professional and a warm dentist to visit. Dr Jacob and her staff is amazing. I'm always afraid of going to the dentist for many reasons. I move to Durham over 2 years and Dr Jacob was highly recommmend to me by one of my client, I'm so bless to have such wonderful team working on my mouth.

I have had 2 visits with Dr. Jacob now and cannot say anything but positive things. You know when you go to a place providing a service for absolutely anything and you can tell that they actually care? I have walked away twice feeling like that. Never once have I questioned the advise, in fact I genuinely appreciate the push. I have seen the negative reviews and just cannot comprehend what the context must have been, but I can say - as someone who absolutely needs additional and expensive dental work that I do trust and recommend this office. "The Dentist" is not a pleasant experience, but from intake to exit I truly feel the entire team cares and want to do the best they possibly can. Thank you.

Professional, clean, modern equipment, friendly staff and they know their stuff! Always helpful to explain billing and work out any insurance issues/quotes. Dr. Iacob truly cares about the oral health of her patients. She has a no-nonsense, tell it like it is manner, which perhaps has been construed as being "rude" from other reviewers. I find it honest and she is certainly willing to answer whatever questions and concerns you might have. I had to have 2 teeth pulled and a dental appliance made over the course of a number of weeks, and she made the whole process pretty smooth, even with having to make a number of adjustments to ensure it fit correctly. If I wasn't happy with it, neither was she. The office was also able to fit me in to address a painful emergency situation and gave me such great care. I would recommend West Grey Dental for sure.

My wife had a root canal completed at West Grey and now finds out they didn’t due the procedure properly. She went to a specialist today to get the root canal completed and they hope to save the tooth. There was of charge of $1400.00 to have this done. Needless to say we would not recommend West Grey Dentistry!

Smiling from ear to ear and finally proud of it! I had an accident a few years ago which caused me to lose some pretty important and visible teeth. Since then I have been quoted ridculous amounts and told what I cannot do with my smile until I walked in to West Grey Dental. Dr. Iacob explained my options the one which I chose, I was told I cannot do by other dentists/ a bridge. I had been waiting almost 4 years and within a month of my consultation I had the smile I was dreaming of. All of the staff is amazing, polite, kind and informative! The price was extremely reasonable and given to me ahead of time. I felt safe, comfortable and in no pain! They have followed up with every visit and answered every question. I am very grateful for Dr. Iacob, all the ladies of West Grey Dental and my new smile! I highly recommend to all!

I am so pleased with this dentist + team! One of my front teeth was chipped since I was little, and I've had to have it redone countless times over the years and each time the line would start showing in months. This dentist was able to do a front tooth crown instead - which is a scary thing to entrust in any dentist - and I sincerely couldn't be happier with the results. Perfectly shaped, perfectly matched. Very happy with their team!

Amazing service as always from this great Dental practice! I felt extremely safe and protected whilst I was there, for my appointment as all COVID safety measures were in place. The dentist and hygienist were in full protective gear and also made sure that after each visit the room was fully de- contaminated , They have a great personality and most caring attitude willing to help you anytime, I can't recommend this place enough, as they are all highly skilled and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough about the experience with the staff at West Grey Dentistry. They are a team of caring and thoughtful people. From the moment I walked into the very clean and safe atmosphere to the professional work ethics, this was the right place for me. Super disappointed with this dentist. Always extremely rude and never takes time to actually go over things. Two years ago she told me I had 4 cavities without taking an X-ray which left me concerned. I immediately went to another highly recommended dentist who told me after taking X-rays that I definitely didn’t have cavities where she said I did. Go literally anywhere else for dentistry.

So happy to have found this place. I had not been to a dentist for quite some time as I was embarrased by the condition of my teeth/mouth. Dr. Iacob and her assistant dismissed my embarrasement and got on with what could be done and where to start. No question was left unanswered, and the respect and consideration I was given made me feel I was in control. The camaraderie amonst the staff indicates a respectful and well run workplace.
