The girls here are super friendly, kind , patient and caring and understanding! Always making sure u feel comfortable and happy! The hygienists are super friendly and make the whole experience smooth.. they also have direct electronic billing so I only have to pay the portion my benefits don’t cover .. that alone is worth going there !

Love Hanover Family Dental! DR. Mirenda is friendly, soft spoken and does great work. She was very patient and understanding with how anxious I was. I highly recommend her. The hygienist Erika was a friendly and the dental assistant was great at checking to make sure I was ok. Thank you for the great experience!

I've been going here for over 10 years now and it's always a good experience. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome from Jen, and all the staff are very friendly and professional! Highly recommend going there!

Never the same dentist twice. Quotes are worthless .Had planned to have work done and given a quote for 1700. .They moved and could not do work because of approvals .Waited 4 month till approvals arrived and committed to have work done .A half hour after I received a call stating a different dentist now quoted same work for 2700. Very disappointed .On top pf that I was billed for the assessment and quote..I have been a client for 46 years but probably not much longer .It appears that the positive reviews are by paid reviewers. If your clients meant anything it wouldn't take a week and a bad review to get a response . Your original quote was 500. Dollars over my next option which I could understand but to arbitrarily jack it up another 1000 ? If the original dentist was so incompetent that his quote should not be honored then what was he doing there in the 1st place .Secondly why would I want to have this 2nd highwayman work on my teeth ?I don't see it as my responsibility to call you to correct this ? After waiting as long as I did for treatment and given I had everything booked until I received the 2nd call , I am amazed at the fact it was just business and another 1000 was to be just accepted. Shaking down seniors is just business , I assume. I have proceeded with my 2nd option as I did not much chance of satisfaction here.

Poor Experience over the past 5 years with Hanover Family Dental. Back in 2014 I had signed up with a male dentist for Invisalign. I was told my top teeth needed a year and a half of treatment, and my bottom teeth needed 6 months. Summer of 2018 I finally finished my Invisalign treatment after more than 4 years for my top and bottom teeth. When I signed up with this male dentist for my Invisalign he was amazing! Super caring and genuinely wanted to ensure I was having a good time and everything was cared for. After about 6 months my dentist was replaced with Dr. Bekhit without any notice at all. Everything I talked to my previous dentist about was no longer happening. I was originally told my wisdom teeth needed to come out, I had to have the piece of skin connecting my gums to my lips cut or it would cause a gap in my front teeth, and that I would have to be put to sleep to have my teeth shaved down a .5cm each to allow my teeth to move closer together. As soon as Dr. Bekhit arrived this all changed, she said i didn’t need any of this to happen and I would be fine without. My last appointment with her I even made a point to mention that the last dentist i was with told me I would have a large gap in my teeth if I didn’t get this procedure, I was very worried my teeth would shift. She assured me this wouldn’t happen. I am now with a new dentist who has done extensive x-rays and examined my teeth thoroughly. My wisdom teeth are coming in at a dangerous angle not only pushing on my molars and causing my teeth to shift, but also pushing against a nerve. Now I have to have an emergency surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed, as well as have the piece of skin cut because I am starting to have a gap in my teeth. The original dentist I was with told me I’d have a retainer for a few years and my teeth would stay, Dr. Bekhit told me on my last appointment I would have to wear Invisalign every night for the rest of my life for my teeth to be straight. I was NEVER told this. I was given 4 trays to wear for the next year and one broke and two of them actually molded in the sealed packaging which is disgusting. So I ended up wearing a single tray for about 6-8 months before it too had to be thrown out. Dr. Bekhit was never gentle and I had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, to the point I would have a panic attack and cry before some appointments because I knew the pain I would be in. I have other friends with Invisalign who have had amazing experiences and only had to wear an invisible wire retainer hidden behind teeth for a few years afterwards, not their entire lives. The hygienists, assistants, and ladies at the front desk were always extremely kind and it showed they did care. Jen, Michelle, and Holly to be specific, we’re all amazing and I did sincerely appreciate it. One specific hygienist/assistant that really resonated with me from my childhood at Hanover Family Dental was beyond amazing. I was too young to remember her name, or recognize her today. In 2014 she was very pregnant and ended up going on maternity leave about 2 months after my first appointment. She was tall, thin, and blonde is all I remember; but she was so caring and kind. As a child I never really liked the dentist but she definitely made me feel more comfortable and safe, making me laugh and trying to always ensure I was alright. I sincerely appreciate all she did for me as a child, as it made the experience better and I remember it to this day. Thank you.

A great dental office. The entire team is very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The office is very clean with excellent equipment. Dr. Bekhit is very nice and informative.
