Been using them for 20 years on the west end of Edmonton. Perfect access on major intersection. Fairly quick even when lined up out the door. Meh, It’s a registry… but Mercy helped out when a someone else refused ; after I started recording when they first refused to take my birth certificate because it was missing part of the J in June. She asked me to stop. I did. She was super helpful and more importantly reasonable and logical in her “exemption” to help me

Excellent customer service. I was there last Wednesday afternoon to renew my 2 car registration and the little lady with Glasses not sure if she is Asian or Latina was AMAZING! She was extremely professional,nice, patiently entertaining her hard client. She went go above and beyond to handle that situation on that day I witness how she keep on going entertaining that hard client even she almost hit her the tin can of sunscreen she still giving her a full smile response  to her client, but wait at the end of service before the client left and give her hard time, she was loudly appreciate her service and she said Thank you you're the BEST.I hope her manager see her good service for those kind of hard client they encounter in everyday service. You did a good service lady.

I actually live in the south but make the drive to the west end because of the excellent service I always get at this registry. My most recent experience had Lynn providing me with outstanding service. Not only did she take care of me, but had one ear on the cashier next to her who was training and made sure that the other customer had excellent service as well. It was seamless, efficient, and with a smile. Great team there at that registry. Thank you.  Michael

I had an amazing experienced made my transaction so QUICK in and out for my 4 registrations at west end registry location with Agent name Lizel she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and she even organized my stuffs, take out my old Registration and Insurance what a wonderful lady. She seemed genuinely happy to do her job with her beautiful smile. West End registries is highly recommended. I will definitely come see her again and again in this location.

I came to Google to see if I wanted to come to a registry close to my office in the west end or go to the registry closer to my home in Millwoods - the good reviews convinced me to come here. I was not disappointed. I needed to renew my drivers license and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The lady that helped me was so incredibly friendly, called me by my first name several times and wished me a happy birthday. It’s those little extra touches that make all the difference. Why not choose a establishment that has happy staff and makes you feel good about your decision to bring your business and dollars to them. I recommend this registry office and will be back.

Our registration for our commercial vehicle expired so I quickly registered our vehicle online through West End registries. There were some issues with payment so Vikkifleet clerk gave me a call and sorted it all out for me. She also emailed a copy of our registration to my email. I appreciated the great service! We will now be going here for any registry needs.

I had just the best experience here, I renewed all my registration for 2 years.  It was extremely efficient. The staff was very kind to me there and I would totally recommend this place to everyone. I just moved from Ontario to Alberta to visit the registry for a licence and health card change unbelievable customer service get from Cherry she helps a lot with each and everything and explains everything to me about the procedure. Appreciate your service Thanks. All the staff people are very nice and calm.

So I was at this registry November 28th 2022 and the lady by name Beverly I met there was so good at her job and very jovial. Beverly thank you for your excellent service. My wife and I have done most of our documents here. Good job guys. Keep it up.

I accompanied my son here recently. Cherry was truly cheerful and got everything done fast and efficiently. I commented how pretty the plant by her desk and she gave me a cutting. I was so happy!  The location of this registry is easily accessible and close to West Edmonton Mall.
