I agree with one of the reviewers below...I don't understand why so many negative reviews. First of all, who rates a registry office? Lol. Well, I was so impressed, I had to. The front line clerks are all very sharp and young attendants. They communicate very clearly and ate extremely patient with everyone. The line is long...but some patience as it moves quickly. The staff were so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things!
I'm not really sure why everyone had a bad experience here. I came to get a new replacement for my Alberta Health ID and was able to go through the process fairly quickly. I was assisted by Jasmine and Nehali, they were so nice and helpful. Keep in mind I also went here on a Friday evening. Great place to come for anything you'd need.
This was easily the most efficient registry office I've ever been to; Jasmine helped me today and she was absolutely wonderful. The line was rather long when I arrived, and I was only in the building for a total of about 10-15 minutes. Staff worked quickly with the guests in queue, and overall this has been the most painless and pleasant trip to a registry office I've encountered.
I don’t really agree with majority of the reviews on here! I felt they were accommodating and willing to do what was needed to figure out my personal situation! Jonathan was excellent! glad I had the pleasure of working with him he got my vehicle registered quickly while dealing with multiple other customers and multiple other employees!
The staff were awesome! Made a stressful situation into a manageable situation. A long wait to the front of the cue, but once I was up there they were exceptionally helpful and kind. A few days after I incorporated I realized I was missing a document that I needed. I emailed them the question. Ching answered my email right away with a description of what it was and an application form to fill out etc. i paid through an online system and they emailed me the document right away. they make an effort to be as helpful as possible.
I did my class 6 road test today with Leaf, I was super nervous and he was amazing! Very clear instructions with lots of heads up time and made me feel very comfortable. I can't say enough about my experience here. Thanks leaf!
My experience with Jasmine was very pleasant. She was professional & excellent customer service. I appreciate that even more since I moved here & lot ppl seem to lack. Even with proper IDs / paper from Ontario & Canadian citizen. I still needed so much other paper work one piece of paper that cost $9 a basic form for my mechanic from a different registration I don’t even know if that’s a thing. Not sure about everyone that works there or May it’s just the system here in Alberta that treats citizens like aliens but my experience with Jasmine customer service on point. Thank u.
My experience with this registry has been wonderful. All the staffs are super helpful and understanding and try to find the best way to resolve any issues. One staff in particular Jasmine is really sweet and always has such positive attitude.
I gave my class 5 GDL test here, staff working here is very helpful. My examiner Leif ,was very good and fair person unlike other registries. I passed my driving test, best so far visited in Edmonton.
Avoid. Absolute useless staff and managers. I decided to try here as it’s new and closer to my office. What a mistake. Apparently my “Z” in a VIN looked too close to a “2” and they refused to do anything until I re-did all my paperwork. They got a lecture which included how 1 digit is a big difference like with carbon dioxide and oxygen. Too many frontline heros trying to prove their salt to a inept manager. Went to my normal place and all processed no problem. Won’t be returning and advise all to stay away.
