2021- OMG.... Very good food! Great service and super prices! We were very happy to find this place! Servers Sue & Nicole work harder to serve you than the horses do on the race track, your watching out the windows! Misty is the chef in the kitchen, cooking every single order every single time to perfection! We are so very happy we found this place! Summerside PEI is very lucky to have such a well priced menu prepared so well and served so well the West End Bar and Grill is a true gem in Summerside! Call for your reservations. Update 2022 Visited again, and Things Are awesome at the West End Bar and Grill! The staff continues to deliver what this establishment is delivering as high value to the customers! The prices on their menus have not changed since pre covid-19 days! I'm not sure how this is possible as every delivery received has to have increased substantially in the last 24 months? Yet they have many choices at $15 a meal and less! Brianne and Visual are well suited to their serving profession! Where kind, polite and attentive to our party of four. When they caught wind that we were celebrating a birthday for my mom, and we have not seen her during covid-19 shut down, they brought over a chocolate brownie ice cream whipped cream homemade dessert and the restaurant gave her a $10 gift card, on the house! We were shocked by their kindness and generosity and goes far and showing the depth of professionalism and quality of the staff at the West End Bar and Grill in Summerside PEI. I should note that food as always, was cooked perfectly and served hot! Hats off to the chef! We 100% definitely recommend this establishment! And are booking reservations for later in the week again before we leave to head back home! Because they are becoming more and more well-known for their Great Value, Super Service and delicious meals, along with being Trackside at Summerside Raceway, it is a first-come-first-serve basis, you may end up having to wait, and it is possible if you do not plan in advance to get there soon enough, because it is so popular, you may not be at the busy times of the week. There's only so many hours in a day you can serve people a full sit-down meal, at these prices Do not be upset they are that popular, plan ahead and enjoy great value great food great service in a great business in Summerside PEI.
The burger for Burger month was absolutely delicious! The meat was thick and juicy and the honey bacon! Wow! The staff were so nice and friendly as well.
Amazing and friendly service. Food was pretty good. Mozza sticks needed a few more minutes to get melty and Philly cheesesteak sandwich needed more seasoning on the beef and more veg. The ciabatta bun was incredible and the turtle cheesecake was awesome. Gravy on the poutine was great! Price was very reasonable. Will return.
Fabulous service, with very reasonable prices for a varied selection of delicious dishes. The restaurant is immaculate, with prompt, and courteous service. Vegetarian options: Good options Parking: Very accessible Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenient.
Very good restaurant. You can view the horse races while you dine. I had their fish and chips and it was excellent, nicely battered, fish nice and thick, fries crispy, tartar sauce and coleslaw perfect. Reasonably priced. Very open dining area, bright and clean facilities and staff Very friendly.
The food was outstanding and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable. Overall just a great place to go where it don't cost a lot but the food is spectacular and the restaurant is nice and clean overall a great visit. Would highly recommend it for your family.

Nice portions and excellent prompt service. The kids enjoyed watching the horses work out as well. Was disappointed that we were mistaken as Upper Canadian, but you cannot win then all. Would recommend!
The Harvest Cobb salad and hot Hamburg sandwich special w/beverage and bacon cheeseburger was very good.
I had a western sandwich which was quite nice, and great service as well.Food: 5/5
