Fries and Onion rings were good. Fish was disappointing, oil must have been too cold as the batter was light, but oil logged and the fish itself wasn't super flavourful or flaky. Scallops and chicken fingers were decent, but the table bread was nearly the highlight of the meal. Service was prompt and friendly.
Such a little gem of a restaurant. Good food ,good staff, nicely decorated and quiet, prices are abit expensive but the portions and quality make it worth the extra couple dollars. The food was served quickly but not suspiciously fast and the waitress went the extra mile to make my daughter a special drink that wasnt on the menu!
My partner and I ordered an app of salt and pepper wings which came with carrot and parsnip slices. Our friends both ordered the loaded burger except one got extra banana peppers and sweet potatoe fries. My partner had the fish and chips while I had the pan fried haddack with mashed potatoes and veg. We were all more than satisfied with our choices and the atmosphere was quiet, quaint and cozy. Perfect for dinner and drinks with friends at 8 pm on a Thursday evening.
Awesome food! Had butter chicken poutine and coconut shrimp to start and then fish tacos for supper. Super delish!!!

Wonderful experience eating at your restaurant last night. Our son and daughter-in-law and three grandsons joined us and everyone loved their meal. Thanks for making our family time special. Making wonderful memories at a fantastic restaurant.
My wife and I were celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary while visiting from Ontario. We did our research of local Summerside restaurants, and Five-Eleven West quickly caught our attention in comparison to other menus. THE MENU The menu was simple, well worded, and abundant in a variety of options. It was well organized and without photos, as the plating and presentation of the food itself leaves one's imagination to surprise. PRICING/SERVICE Each item is fantastic in it's price. The beautiful presentation, quality of the food, and service amplifies the value you gain from your experience. Personally, I have seen more expensive restaurants with poorer service. This was not one of those restaurants. OUR SELECTIONS We could not satisfy our palettes on one dish only so we opted for appetizers. I selected the Bacon-Wrapped Scallops. Five PERFECTLY seared scallops wrapped in sweet & smoky Bacon, served in a boat shaped bowl, nestled on tender pea shoots. Succulent. Delicate. Anyone who enjoys a good seared scallop knows they are easy to overcook, undercook, and the process requires patience in it's perfection. The smokiness of the Bacon and sweetness of the scallop paired perfectly with the fresh horseradish grated into their seafood sauce. My wife selected the Spinach & Aged Cheddar dip. The fried tortilla and Naan bread, beautifully seasoned by the way, scooped up that creamy, warm melted cheese and Spinach, where it enveloped our taste buds in gastric-ecstacy. Surely if the appetizers were that exciting, our imaginations wandered into whatever could be next. To say that I love fish & chips would be a gross understatement. I've been eating it all my life and is my favorite dish. After multiple disappointments on the island and elsewhere in Canada, I chose to follow through on my instinct after enjoying such a well done starter. Our server confirmed that I could enjoy the fish with any side I wish, and since anyone can cook a french fry, I paired it with their Mushroom Risotto. As my fork broke through the thin, crispy, and golden beer-battered crust, a perfectly cooked fillet of haddock revealed itself. A small dollop of housemade tartar sauce created a sweet-tender-crunchy symphony of flavour in my mouth that surpassed any previous trials of like-minded dishes. The fish itself was seasoned well a step many kitchens neglect, and flaked onto my fork with little effort. To my surprise and absolute enjoyment, that golden-fried batter remained crispy until the very end. The Risotto...you're probably thinking, "Risotto with fried fish?" Like I said, anyone can cook fries. But risotto, mi amore! Mushrooms, garlic, parmesan & white wine! A quartet of classic Italian flavors, superbly balanced with the tender arborio rice. Again, I've had many poor trials of Risotto across Canada, and this was a refreshment to an Italian staple. My wife chose the Cedar planked Salmon. Sweetly blanketed in a glaze of maple and mustard, the fish tenderly flaked onto her fork with a slight touch of under-doneness which is how Salmon should be eaten, and melted over her tongue. The touch of smoke from the cedar balanced the sweetness of the maple, and married well to the roasted vegetables served alongside. The presentation of beets, carrots, brocollini, and peppers created a canvas unrivaled to an artists painting, displaying a colorful presentation with the pink salmon. There is a reason we chefs call it Culinary "arts". With our minds at peace and our bellies full, we finished our culinary adventure with a portion of Peanut Butter-Chocolate Cheesecake and a Lemon Cupcake. The plates arrived, adorned with their own sauces and a fresh local strawberry. As we sat back and reviewed our options, we felt that we chose exactly what our hearts were seeking; a quiet evening enjoying a meal together, no kids, just us and our food. From one chef to another, many thanks to Chef Emily for her experience in the kitchen. Her passion could be felt and seen in each dish she presented. This is why we do what we do...because we love it.
My wife and I took two days at a near by air BnB and we grabbed some dinner to go. We had two burgers and they were very under done. I had the Frenchi burger and my wife the plane and simple burger. I took them back to show them, and they remade my order and refunded me the money. They workers were very polite and the remade burgers were fantastic! Thank you!
