Excellent staff. Currently under renovation but if you contact the store they may give you a chance to see specific items in store if available. Beautiful, well made furniture.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! The furniture is pricey but also high end.

Very welcoming people over there. Everyone is nice and friendly. However the things there are little pricy. But if you keep your eyes on that, they have some big sales once or twice a year. Price is reasonable. By the way, the warehouse is close, just right next to the shop

Buy anything big that needs delivery and you be shocked by how terrible the West Elm customer service is.

Nice furniture and decor, a bit on the pricey side. What’s nice it that they support local Montreal artists, one being Lysa Jordan, so even though they are a worldwide company you can still walk in and purchase locally made original artwork.
