Worst experience I’ve ever experienced. When ordered from them it took 6 month to receive the bed and after receiving it, I found they missed the headboard. After contacting them for multiple times and finally the headboard came 2 month later. After getting everything assembled, the real problems came up. The central rail is too short and keeps coming off the bracket, then all the slats will fall off and you will fall on the floor, this happens multiple times during the 1 year use. Last month the side rail just come off and the bed is totally failing apart. It is attached to the box with just small nails and a very small wood stick. I tried to contact the after sales service through email, Facebook and phone, finally get through the phone and was told to send the photo to a email address but haven’t get any reply since then. My $500 IKEA’s bed is 100 times better than this $2400 bed. Stay away from their bed! I have their nightstand and 6 drawer set too but have no issue with them so far.
Terrible after sale customer service as all reviews say. It's expensive furniture and you'd expect it to be of good quality, but after sitting on a couch it breaks. Customer service promised to order a replacement piece and it's been over 2 months with no update it eta on when it will be fixed. Emailing them multiple times, with no response at all. Meanwhile a couch that is broken and can't be sat on. The worst experience of customer service
Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very frustrating experience coming from a "high-end" brand. The saleswoman was very kind but a bit pushy and disappeared as soon as I was done paying. My items are paid in full and yet I have to send a few emails, make a few calls, only to get transferred to someone who can't even help me in the end. It's been a few months and I still have no clue when I'll receive my order and no employee, manager or whoever seems to care.
Ordered a print and two tables paid for white glove service as. Reserved delivery two weeks in advance to have it all delivered in time. Turns out print couldn’t be delivered with the tables no room in truck apparantly. This is disappointment #1 Salesperson told me could be delivered week later I said no don’t think so I specially took of sat to wait for my order not sitting in again all day a week later so I cancelled and got my refund. D day arrives for my delivery February 17 got a call day before from a robot delivery between 8.00-12.00. I got up in time to welcome my order now this is the deplorable part #2 I stayed at home from 8.00-18.00 waited all day long no delivery even worse no call no signs of life of being late or not delivering at all To add insult to injury I couldn’t get through customer service aftbeing on hold twice line drops saying sorry we r busy Went to store next day for my refund The clerk was going to contact delivery ppl I said never mind am disgusted Can find nice table elsewhere I wrote and email left numerous messages you would think an apology email would ensue but thank again nothing g no apology no explanation just nothing. Is almsot like a parody of events They have nice pieces modern designs but I walked out the store and won’t look back Is middle end furniture rai ordered plenty of stuff from structube which is a grade lower and always had emmpeccanle delivery efficient and their furniture is lovely too No I don’t recommend this store it’s like buying apples in one store if you don’t get treated right you can buy the same apples in another store Steer away ppl I can’t comment on the furniture but have read reviews where pieces dint arrive and the clerk told me other customers had issues as well without elaborating
I ordered a coffee table online over 2 months ago and still have not received any updates about the status of my order. The receipt said that it will be received at the warehouse on September 8th and that It should ship 15 days later. It has now been 28 days and I still haven’t received any updates. I contacted the support team via email at least 3 times in the past 2 weeks and I keep getting the same generic response that the system is having issues updating my order and that they will contact me when they have an update. This level of support from an online store is unacceptable. It should not take over 2 weeks to get an update on an order. I was planning on ordering some more furniture from this store because I really like some of the designs, but after this experience I doubt that I will be doing so again. EDIT: I finally received the table on November 24th, and to my surprise, it was badly damaged on the side due to poor shipping packaging. It took about 5 days to get ahold of someone I tried calling and emailing. They mentioned that they don't have the table in stock anymore and that it would likely take over 4 months to receive a new one. They did offer to ship a floor model for 10% off, but it's honestly unreasonable given the amount of time I spent waiting for the table and receiving it damaged. This is the second item that I ordered from Mobilia and the first one also came damaged. Since I cannot trust that a new table would arrive on time and undamaged, I decided to ask for them to pick up the damaged table and give me a refund. They agreed. I mentioned that I'd like for them to come pick it up ASAP, and they said that it shouldn't take more than a month due to black friday delivery schedule. Well, it's now been 3+ weeks and nobody has contacted me about scheduling a date to come pickup the table, and I tried calling and sending messages, but nobody is calling me back. Left in the dark again. It's honestly really upsetting that a company can operate with this poor of a service. If somebody doesn't come pickup the table this week and give me a refund, I am seriously considering opening a complaint with the Office de la protection du consommateur.
Worst after sales service. Purchased a sectional which I ended up returning. Took over two months to return the items. I received misleading information, had to follow up multiple times by email and phone which on most occasions where ignored. Wouldn’t do business with Mobilia ever again.
The furniture is okay but the treatment i received was horrible. Two ladys were following me around the strore, it was so uncomfortable. One of the two ladies maked sure we exit the store, she was literally waiting for us at the entrance. Definitely not coming again.
it was terrible experience to purchase at Mobilia online . at the time of purchase, they advised i would be contacted for delivery schedule within 10 - 15 business day ; after 1 month waiting , the phone line service doesn't exist , no one answer , no one call back , back and forth with customer service by emails , no answer about delivery arrangement at all - just keep waiting . at last i requested cancellation of order after 2 months wait , they advised it took 12 business day to proceed - i am still waiting . just waste of time at mobilia unfortunately .
Horrible after sale service. The furniture that I ordered came with a few small scratches on the wood and since it is an $2500 bookshelf I have decided to return it as I was expecting a perfect product. By now, I have called them 5 times for the return and their delivery team still hasn’t called me to schedule a pick up time. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now. Their 15 days no fuss return policy is literally a lot of fuss. Very disappointing.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Horrible service. We politely asked the movers to wear boot cover all due to the snow/slush/mud outside. They refused, proceeded to walk inside the house, put mud all over the place, scratch the hardwood floor due to the gravel and salt in their boots and scratched the wall.
