Great style and product collection. However, the team at the Vancouver store wasn’t helpful and inattentive. It’s incredible how these associates try and deceit potential customers with their unprofessional strategy. Not recommended.
Love them! Have had a good experience with the staff at this location. Everyone is super friendly, yet not annoying. Great balance of the two. Plus I love the design, affordability, and general product quality. Great store, will continue to shop both at this location as well as online.
Like other reviewers have said, West Elm has some nice furniture items - however the sales people here are shockingly clueless. Stay away, or order online!
