Came in to look at infant car seats and strollers, as a first-time mom not knowing much and wanting to learn how they function. I was promptly helped by Karen who was absolutely fantastic in her knowledge and customer service! She was super friendly and helpful. She spent about an hour with me showing me the various car seats I was interested in and how they were compatible with the stroller I wanted. I left the store with much more knowledge and insight to what would work best for me. I'm excited to bring my husband back to show him what I learned and to make our purchase!
First time mom here and have heard great things about WestCoastKids! As I have purchased here in the past for gifts, I have never been inside for my own experience. I booked a registry walk through appointment for my husband and I to get an idea of what to put on our baby registry. We arrived a bit early so we decided to walk around to see what was available. When it was our turn, we had a great experience. I can’t remember the woman’s name but she was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. She was able to make adequate suggestions for our future family, changes in our original thoughts and explained new options in detail. I highly recommend the store. The online registry has also been very easy to work with and add things while at home!
Went into the store first time as FTM and the staff were super helpful. Lavisha helped to build my registry and provided me tips on products and walked me through the store. She helped me grab products and was attentive to my needs. Really appreciate her support and goes to show how much west coast kids cares.
I came in a few days agofirst time and I had the pleasure of meeting V. She was amazing. From her knowledge to her personally! She put me at ease. Everything that she explained was easy to understand. Customer service at it's best. I left feeling more confident in the products I would be buying, As long as V is working here I will be a returning customer.
I’ve only had positive experiences here, and I shopped here plenty while pregnant last year. All staff is friendly, and Michael especially helped me decide on the Uppababy Cruz stroller along with the Mesa car seat. He was patient with me, and super informative… he really knows his stuff. I’ve gone to a few different baby stores and this one has the friendliest staff, largest variety, and the best shopping environment.
