I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this wonderful organization. My daughter has been attending this daycare since March 2022, and she is currently in the Green Room, where she is incredibly happy with her teacher, Miss Marie. Miss Marie is truly exceptional.nAlso, miss Mali & Rose and Faranak in the orange roomnAdditionally, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Irene, the supervisor, for always understanding and supporting us, especially during challenging times.
When first entering into the daycare world as a new mom with 3 under 3 the hardest part was to accept the unexpected. My 2 older children came from a different daycare that wasn't at all attentive to their needs and instead gave me an overwhelming feeling of insecurity, mom guilt and shame. My son diagnosed with ASD that requires much more attention was not thriving causing aggression to surface. Everyday was an emotional roller coaster as my other 2 were just in it for the ride. Once I made the choice to search for a new care facility, I thought it wouldn't be easy. Far from the truth. All it took was checking availability. Being transparent from the start and scheduling a tour with the delightful Irene. Both my children that were to attend the center were so happy that making them wait for the transference period seemed cruel lol by I can honestly say the staff and teachers all work as a family. Every child has the attention required even when the staff are overworked you can definitely see they all try their best. It gave me the security to enroll my youngest. Can't say I regret any decision. My children are taken care of. Seeing many negative comments of others people experience is saddening as that I'm there everyday, longer then a casual drop off and pick up and you can definitely see the work ethic of every individual working in the center. Everyday I receive reports and able to speak with teachers one on one, emails are responded prompt and they try managing keeping it clean... lets be honest there is 20 little people in a room with 2-3 adults. Just takes 1 to make my home look like its been hit by a tornado. Can't express how grateful I am for all the help. It's only been one month in our journey at Noah's Ark. But I can assure you after ACTUALLY being somewhere that didn't have the best care for my kids. They are in a loving space
I can't say enough good things about this daycare. The ladies that power this establishment are absolute gems. They are so sweet, caring and attentive to all the children there. The facility is clean and very well maintained.nnMy son started at 18 months and his teachers made the transition incredibly easy for both my son and myself. A special thank you to the orange room teachers Ms. Malih, Ms. Faranak, and Ms. Rose I know my son Alex adores and enjoys being at daycare all thanks to you ladies. Irene thank you for all that you do.
My son joined Toddler-green room in November 2023. This is the best child care center you can find in the area. Their building is very spacious and has a gym that facilitates indoor playing in poor weather conditions. It is likely why my son didn't caught flue in the past year since he joined Noah's arc.nThe manager, Ms. Irene, is super supportive, caring, and kind. The teachers are fabulous! They let your child be themselves while of course following the rules.nIts worth noting that I had a terrible experience with another center. They kept complaining about the behaviour of my 2-year old son and was pushing me to start behavioural therapy sessions for him . All those behaviours were gone as soon as he joined Noah's arc.nLast but not least, their on-site chef, Ms. Nahid is amazing. My son is a very picky eater and started eating wraps at Noah's arc.nSo, if you want your child florish, Noah's arc is the place to join.
I'm so thankful that my 9 months old baby stay in the Noah's Ark. The infant room teachers are more than amazing, they are taking good care of my son and every infant here. My little one has really good time here. And it is the most cleanest childcare center I have ever seen. The best part I like this center is its hours from 7am to 6:30pm which is perfectly matched my work schedule. Thank you Faranak, Naheed and Mandy, you are the best.
