Reviews
Great prices, sometimes comparable to ebay and rockauto.com, usually always cheaper than lordco just down the road. They have a very fast ordering system and every time I had made an order, I would get a phone call. They never forget to call me when a part arrives. Plus they have a very comprehensive printed tools catalog that can be picked up for free from the counter, and makes great reading material at home if you're into tools for automotive. They rarely make parts ordering mistakes, I haven't had to return for any problems.
