Apple Carpet Cleaning

I called to inquire about an area rug and if they used a certain method. Ron said no and didn't even offer a suggestion of how they could clean my rug. I started to ask how they could clean my rug but he abruptly ended the call, said good bye and hung up.

Showed up on time. Has all the latest equipment. Did a great job on the carpets. Friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Incredibly professional, friendly and above all great at what he does. He got our white carpet spotlessly clean and you can really tell he takes great pride in his craft. Would highly recommend Apple Carpet Cleaning!

I don't have any idea who the "bad reviewer" was talking to but there is no way it could have been the owner/operator I have always dealt with. He is friendly, polite, and an absolute joy to work with. I have used Apple Carpet Cleaning on several occasions and he does outstanding work. He actually cares about the quality of service and does an amazing job. I just used him again today - after a year at another residence. He not only remembered me and my other house but also that we were preparing for a wedding. That impressed me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He does very good work, is prompt and reliable. I've had my carpets cleaned three time over the years by Apple Carpet Cleaning. I am always amazed at how clean he gets my carpets! Excellent, friendly service and very reasonably priced.
