WRDR is unresponsive and unprofessional. This was the worst experience I’ve had with an accounting firm in the past 20 years. Mary Lancaster was both rude and unprofessional. I advise anyone looking for a good accounting firm to stay away from WRDR!!
In search of a new accounting firm to handle my multi-state return, I went last week and spoke with Cathy. The team was incredibly kind and Cathy took time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident that they could handle my return as long as I did everything I am supposed to do. Beautiful office and LOVE the tasty chocolates by the door!
