Wendy's

Been here twice , thought maybe the first time was a fluke. I Stood at counter both times for 5-9 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Several times the cashier casually walked by with out making eye contact. How long does it take to stop and take a single persons order ? My goodness

I usually love Wendy's, it's good food and pleasant service......usually. I went into the store and the first thing I see is a sour looking woman (who I will not name) behind the register, maybe she's just having a bad day I think, then she talks to us before we even get in line "Is this gonna be for here or to go?" We say for here and she says "Well what are you getting then?" Wow this woman is outright rude. I get my usual Wendy's order, spicy chicken sandwich combo, I say just that "I would like a spicy chicken sandwich combo please." She rolls her eyes so far back in her head I thought they'd pop out. "You mean a number six." After that I knew I was going to write a review, this store needed to change. We paid for our food and small frosty for on the side and waited for the food. The sandwiches came out first, warm and promising with hot fresh fries. But then came the frosty, or should I say melty, it looked more like skim milk than a thick milkshake to eat with a spoon, which is what they put on the tray for us. The food was good but the frosty was lukewarm. Throughout the meal we could hear over the radio the sound of the sour woman behind the counter which may have been a manager she clearly didn't want to do anything. Will probably go back bit just because I like the food.

Disgusting just. Left there Guy at window. Is rude and all of our food taste like. They. Just. Took it out of the damn ice box,seriously i wouldn't. Do my dog like. That! !!!!!

Erma was doing get post while no one was waiting to be waited on and the second done one came threw the door Amy another employee started to shout at her she had 2 to serve. When Erma came back to the counter she was confronted by Amy rather rudely and loudly causing a seen. I spoke with the customer as they passed my table and asked her what get thoughts of the insedent made her and her husband feel she reapplied "well I'm the shy type so I didn't say anything. But yes I felt uncomfortable." So me as a separate costumer I apologized that they had to go there that. Yet when I went to the counter to get the names of the employee's I had to wait 5 min before anyone noticed me. Meanwhile 3 more costumers came in starting a lone behind me. Did Erma get singled out as the only black employee today or is this how disrespectful Wendy employee's are to one other in front of their costemers????? So disappointed.....

Best Buy for the money is the Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe $1.19. Includes lettuce, tomato, etc. A Senior drink is free. Cashiers could be trained a little better.
