I love Wendy's. But my last 3 visits I feel the burger is never 100% cooked, it looks pink at some spots. Other than that it was amazingly good and still tastes amazing.

Delicious, wonderful food, fast workers who do excellent work and try very hard to please customers (including making polite conversation) but the manager/boss her has a sarcastic, pessimistic attitude that almost ruined the entire visit for my friend and I. He interrupted the server to announce loudly that he'd filled the frosty machine as if he deserved a medal for it then humiliated get by proclaiming "AND SHE WANTS A PAY RAISE!" It's disgusting behavior that does not represent Wendy's for what it is and IMMEDIATE action should be taken against this man for his behaviour. Thank you!

I like it. Staff are nice if you go in. Drive thru is another story.

Had the Beaconator. ..... Fantastic.... Meal was great.... But what I found more interesting was the interaction of the staff... Young and older ... Smiling, laughing, and it poured over to the customers... One person in particular ... overlooking everything.... Had a Irish accent I believe... if he isn't the manager... He should be... Had the staff and customers laughing and all the staff moved at a quick pace... I only gave 4 stars cause I want to see if it is even possible to improve what I witnessed... It was definitely a 5 Starr experience... But if anyone could improve the experience it's this guy.... Will have to wait till next time to see what is possible.... LOL....Good job to all

I cant even give you a star because friday night to get a snack i ordered a burger and fries and spent my canada day in the emerg with FOOD POISONING. I will never eat there again and i will calling manager this morning and health unit on monday. MY kids wanna say thank you for ruining their canada day fireworks and plans.oh and when i called to inform them i got food poisioning the manager said oh okay thanks for letting me know and hung up on me.... Think you might need to train them on customer service and from someone whos worked in the food industry their entire life this could of.been handled so much better....
