As far as chains go it's one of the better ones. Good food and good menu, with frequent updates. Delivery service can be hit or miss.

I like the patio section. Food was alright. My partner had order the pizza burger and said it was fairly dry (??). Should have offered or add a side pizza sauce to dip burger in. We offered the suggestion to the waitress and it was like she had already heard it before... but obviously nobody is doing anything about making a change (??). Ah-well. Also the cesar drinks were way to spicy, I like mine typically spicy and my partner asks for his not-spicy... and we both couldn't finish our drinks - they were both way too spicy. Unfortunate. But will we go back again, probably. We figure it was just the people working on that particular day that ... maybe were just having a day / off day (we hope).

Good overall predictable fare. Salads are great value as both starters or main meals. Sometimes busy in the dining area but easy to get seats in the bar if you can stand the usual sports crowd cheering at the big screens.

The food here is very good and service is friendly and accommodating. Washrooms are kept clean. Good atmosphere.

The service was amazing and the waitress was very understand when i need the nutrition facts ( very hard to find at restaurants but not this one) she was very kind about it and the meal came very fast. The southwest flatbread was amazing as always however the french onion soup did not look appetizing at all.
