Wendy's

i worked here as a closing shift leader. the crew does not care for how well the food is made, and the management has no idea what there doing. the closing manager thats a guy now throws tables and chairs and garbage cans whens hes angry. they'll grab fries early. they'll let the bugs crawl all over the sandwich stations before making your sandwich. fries cold? probably if you got them here. but at least you can sit and eat under cooked food in a dining room where the music is too quiet to drown out the workers yelling in the back. i had quit working here because everything was done wrong, and the food was cooked wrong and made wrong nothing is cleaned right. . i left because i couldn't do anything to fix it and the managers didn't seem to care at all. as a matter of fact the guy manager who gets mad and throws things put his hands on another employee and he only got suspended for a day. hes right back to throwing stuff and freaking out. also the 2 employees oh here that posted one was a terrible worker and the other is the manager that trows things. fake reviews. and the gm of this store would give us a free frosty if we gave our store a good review.

I'm reviewing this location in comparison to other Wendy's locations. If you don't know what Wendy's is or what they serve, read another review. I often hit this location due to its convenient location for me. This particular store is bit old and it shows. I usually go to the drive through. The service is very good, that's a plus. However, the food is often not up to par for me. I usually go to Wendy's for chili. This location tends to serve chili that is bit soupy and less hardy than that which I've had at other locations. If you order it with cheese, expect the bare minimum in that department as well.

I'm an employee there, and we do have high standards and always want to satisfy the costumer. There are some time when we do mess up, after all we are only human. The food is great, and we take are time to train employees correctly. All the managers and staff are fantastic, and if you make a complaint we will fix if for you right away. It's a great place to work and to eat.

The service was fine and the food was typical Wendy's quality. But the restaurant is dated, and the entire carpet could use a good steam cleaning. Fine for a quick road trip rest stop.

I love the Baconator so I'll go regardless but considering the foot traffic in this restaurant it's keeped clean and the staff seams like they rather be somewhere else but still do there job.
