Food was yummy,  service not as good as expected. Napkins and silver dropped on table as server walking past. Places order for two identical meals 2 for $20 deal with same server as table of 3 next to us right after taking their order. Our salads arrived as their meals did. When one meal arrived, they appeared confused that we were expecting a second of same since two people sitting at table. Ten minutes later, after first meal had finished sizzling, second meal arrived.  Table of 3 received several visits from server for extra sauces, etc and refreshing of drinks, yet we were offered none. Paid via table method and left. Not pleased, thank goodness good was good

Stopped in for a quick bite before a movie. We sat at the bar and received immediate service from a friendly bartender.  Food was good. The spinach artichoke dip was amazing.

I have eaten I  many Applebee's..... this one is - by a million miles - the best. 
The staff are friendly,  polite and very attentive. The food is delicious. 
I truly mean every word of this.

Busy place, you may have to wait. Food was better than the other Applebee's we've been in. Very kid friendly, that's why we go

Very long wait to find out the food we wanted on the menu was discontinued but still featured on the menus so we placed drink orders that took 10 min to get to us. When we finally found food we wanted it took another 20 mins for our server to come back with a lame excuse of how he was working all of these different areas in the restaurant. We finally got to place our order as our appetizer came out (we were contemplating going to another restaurant), but it turns out that that food was for the table next to ours who I heard later talking about never getting their appetizer and pulled a manager whom we tried several time to flag down ourselves along with the waiters fly by checkins. So after an hour we finally got our heat lamp fried food as the two tables that were seated after us had gotten they're food and were ordering dessert. We used to eat here all the time but I'll be taking my business to Vestal, which is a pity since we live two blocks away from this location.
