Burger was cold and nothing on it. Of course found this out after I got home. This happens way to often so i don't go as much. Now I get just a small fry figuring out they can't screw that up.. well yes they can... I got a medium..

Counter person started with "next... what do you want?" A hello would have been nice. Order was wrong as usual. Fries were cold even though they weren't busy and wait wasn't that long. This lack of quality seems to be common among all 3 Saint John locations unfortunately.
