Wendy's

It's a classic Wendy's, delivering exactly what one would expect. But this one does tend to get special orders right. And it's community-oriented: it gives material support to a local free community dinner, among other things.

A few weeks back I was in here and went inside to order food, only to be stared at for 5 minutes by surrounding workers. Finally a worker by the name of Thomas who was rude and I'm pretty sure a drug addict, came up to the front register and told me that I need to go through the drive thru if I want to order food. The lights were still on and he was right there so my question is; Why wasn't I able to order right then and there? There was also another occasion where after I said "thank you" to the women at the window after receiving my order, I got a bland "yeah" The manager seriously needs to start laying off a few of those workers. Terrible service and I will not be back.

Ok fast food. Other Wendy's have better food.

I was a first time visitor to the Derry location at 11 AM this morning. I ordered a large combo double cheeseburger large fries and a Diet Coke cost of meal $9.91. The fries were greasy and the cold the hamburger wasn't much better the only thing I didn't throw in the trash was the Diet Coke. You would think at 11 in the morning and myself being the only customer at the restaurant the food would be hot and satisfying. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've returned everything for my $10 refund. I don't usually post publicly but there's no reason for this type of service..

Most of the time they are good, but sometimes its slow and customer service isn't always the best.
