I ordered a veggie sub with cold veggies and they grilled everything including the pickles and lettuce???
My husband ordered a toasted ham and cheese with grilled ham and they made his cold, not even warming the bacon or melting the shredded mozorella cheese.  
We stopped going to Romanos for this reason;  they always get the orders wrong.  When I called to tell them, all they said was, "Sorry,  we can remake it".  Not acceptable!

They never wear gloves when they cook their food. Very unsanitary place to eat !

Ordered my food at 6:49, and got it at 7:25 with 2 other people waiting for pickup. 2 subs and chicken fingers. My steak bomb was bland and thin. Wife said her grilled chicken sub tasted like plain chicken. "Sorry we're really busy" doesn't cut it for someone who works at Giovanni's. Just wanted to try something different, and I won't do it again.

Food received was pretty bad and wasn't as ordered. Not to mention the driver tried to sell me weed.

What the hell is wrong with this place?
