Food is always good service its awesome, but be aware that this is very busy location and can prove to be very problematic ,I don't recommend inexperienced drivers in there or if your not good at maneuvering your vehicle in limited room where its very heavy traffic.

I went thru the drivethru and the lady forgot half my order! Ridiculous.

Got the spicy chicken and it was so soggy it wasnt even skin anymore. Asked and they got me a new one

Of all the Wendy's in Durham, this is my favorite. The food is always made with care, and made right. Their baked potatoes are perfect every time, never under cooked. The staff is very polite and friendly. The only negative about this location is the parking lot, which it unfortunately shares with a Tim Horton's, who's drive-thru is always jammed solid.

Staff is always friendly and polite. Food is always freshly made. Aside from fries. Rarely mess up an order. Worth it for a quick bite.
