If I could place a zero I would! I sent my daughter in there today to order herself a sub, her friend she was with asked for sub sauce on the whole thing, not knowing my daughter didn’t like it. The lady REFUSED to make her another. So they came and got me. I asked her “ so your not going to remake this for my daughter. As it was a simple mistake”. She replied NO! Since when does an employee REFUSE to remake something. Customers are always right. Not in this case. She thinks she is right. My daughter is a very shy kid, as kids are, so she didn’t want to stop the lady in the middle of her putting all this sub sauce on it. I’m still waiting for my money back by the way!

There are a couple Mr. Sub restaurants in this town but this is the only one I have never been disappointed at. The subs always taste great and the staff is always super friendly.

Attend staff and great food. Lunchtime gets pretty busy. Wish they had delivery.
