Wendy's

I love Wendy's, but this Wendy's has the slowest service around. The inside of the store also is dirty and outdated. The food however is up to par and still very enjoyable once you get it.

ordered a Wendy's taco salad tonite. It was terrible! Just had lettuce not chopped up,little cheese 2 sliced tomatoes, 3 strips onion. That was it. Never heard of a taco salad without hamburger with taco mix. Never going to Wendy's again. And it took 25 mins to get it. Taco salad??

It will never be the same without Steve. Great guy. Defiance Wendy's should put a plaque on the wall w/his picture and years served. Steve worked something like 27 years there and had to leave because of medical reasons.

Probably the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The oil in the fryers was so old that the whole store was full of smoke.

I love Wendy's food............however, I don't know what happened to this store as the service is terrible!! They don't have enough help to wait on the people. The drive thru is always backed up when I stop. I started going inside to order and it takes just as long......take out orders are served with no utensils and condiments missing for salads. This store used to be swamped, now there are hardly any customer's there. Management needs to wake up!!
