Papa John's Pizza

I am a former employee that quit back in November of 2016. I was in all regards a very good employee. I worked there over a year and never missed a single day and was constantly covering shifts of other employees and helped out whenever I could. Come to find out 3 months later I am evidently banned from the store now because I quit. That's right, banned from the store and not allowed to pay full price for food any more.The management at the Defiance store is sub par to say the least and completely unprofessional. Absolutely the worst example of "leadership" I have ever experienced. I highly recommend you do not give your business to this location and the franchise owners should take a look into who is running their store and why there is a constant revolving door of employees. A simple drug test would wipe out about 90% of the problems there. Completely sickened by the entire experience. If I could give less than one star I certainly would.

Ok food. I was out of town for a month and they screwed up my order. Explained to them it would be a while before I ordered again yet when I got back they didn't honor their initial claim to make up for my screwed up order. Great business practice. 2 stars, but only because a few employees are competent
