This gotta be the worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to. Ordered the limited BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger combo and literally the “expectation vs reality” moment for me. The burger looks so dry and flat, little cheese, old & hard dried up bacon. The fries is not medium but kiddy meal size. The lady in the counter looks fried out of her mind. When you talk to her there’s a delayed in her response. Service too slow. Overall this place is a complete joke. What a shame.nnPiece of advice, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
I've been to this location twice in the past month and I was very disappointed both times. The premises are disgustingly dirty. The dirt is caked around bottom of the walls and counters and in the corners. Both the women and the men's washrooms are filthy. The tables are not cleaned. The staff was not friendly. They don't look very happy and it's no wonder.nnI've been a fan of Wendy's for many years and last month was my first time going into the Hartzel location. I won't be back.
Had my fiancé pick me up a salad and chicken burger on his way home yesterday and wanted to throw up just at the sight of the food due to how horrible of a job was done. I used to frequent this restaurant nearly daily all throughout 2019 and this location has gone downhill ever since. Apparently the worker who handed my fiancé our food was very rude and then he heard people in the back laughing about his appearance, he’s a boat labourer who works 80+ hours weekly so to laugh at his dirty work clothes when all your employees do is flip burgers or shake up fries is disgusting behaviour. According to a friend this behaviour is common amongst your workers lately and I genuinely think management needs to sit down and fix this because I highly doubt the owner appreciates having his company rates so low simply because the employees act like they’re too good for their job. If that’s the case go work elsewhere and allow people who know how to interact with the community in a positive manner to replace you.
We frequently order from this Wendy's and normally I let the missteps slide forgot an order of fries, no cheese on my burger etc but today was my final straw. Sent my husband out for 2 Cobb salads and told him to make sure they put in the little bags of fried onions. He went thru the drive thru and specifically asked for them and was assured that they were in the bag. He gets home and yes you guessed it! They are NOT in the bag but the real kicker is neither are the packets of ranch dressing. Cmon guys this isn't rocket science. Do better!
Ordered door dash at 12pmnEverything was nasty!! Raw fries for chili cheese fries/chicken nuggets....nasty!! Jbc..no Tomato./half slice of bacon..cold reheated patty...nasty!!nNever ordering from there from door dash again.nBeen there in person...10x better!!
