Quality location! It’s always clean inside the dining room and the orders arrive quickly and fresh and hot. Drive thru can get backed up during peaknLunch hours but that’s no one’s fault. Definitely a great Wendy’s location.
Oct. 31st 5:15 pm drive thru ordered 3 Dave singles with cheese, well done specifically said 2 with JUST KETCHUP and 3rd no lettuce, no mayo ordered fries too. Got home only 1 burger as requested just ketchup, 2nd burger had everything 3rd burger had no mayo but everything else. Two disappointed eaters.
Friendly staff but this location can be pretty slow inside or at the Drive thru. The food comes out hot and tasty. Free WiFi. Washrooms need work. Clean dining floor. Decent amount of parking.
I really appreciate that if I stop in and just ask for a cup of ice water, not only do they never seem to say NO, but I get a nice BIG glass and I get that BIG glass free!! Tim Hortons charges for a CUP at a lot of locations now, EVEN if you have bought OTHER food etc. and ask for ice water as well!! That seems ridiculous to me.
Wendy's is a regular fallback for me. When it comes to Burger places, I prefer burger king, and my wife prefers a&w, but Wendy's is perfectly adequate and it's cheaper than either of our favorite places. If you are a hungry man like me, the days of huge inflation mean that it costs more for a fast food Burger than it does to sit down in a bar and grill and get a nice sandwich. So, price has become a lot more important than it used to be.nnAmazing how polarizing some things can be. I happen to love the Wendy's skin on sea salt fries. Everyone I know seems to either really love them, or really hate them. The haters are so against these fries, it's unbelievable! Come on, it's just French fries. nnWhen we moved into this neighborhood 5 years ago, this Wendy's was outstanding exclamation mark we would get delivery. It was fast and flexible. Everything was piping hot and always packed with complete elegance and care. Far above and beyond what you would expect from fast food. About a year and a half ago, the service fell completely off the charts. Our food started showing up late, cold, squashed, and packed with complete lack of organization. Items from our orders were missing. We were patient in light of the previous outstanding service we received, but after 4 or 5 atrocious experiences, including one bad in-store experience, we started ordering from Welland avenue. Since our loyalty had been completely slighted we were very angry, and left several bad reviews on Uber eats to offset the good reviews we previously left.nnAfter a few months, we tried it again. Things seem to have swung partially back the other way. These days, it seems to be a regular old Wendy's. Good food, Fair prices, decent service.
