This was a great experience for fast food. We ate baconators, fries, baked potatoes, chicken strips with strawberry lemonade. The burgers were hot and juicy! Everything was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant and we will be returning in the near future.
I've never had a bad burger until today. I ordered a double garlic,bacon,mushroom special. I ate in my truck inntheir parking lot. When I opened and picked it up the bun was mush. It was like it had been sitting around for a while. My favorite burger place but really disappointed today.
Today was the worst meal . I have ever had at a Wendy restaurant. Unfortunately.nMy fries were cold.. my pop had so much ice it tasted water down. My burger had so much ketchup on it. Way to much.nnNo recipt in the bag for my purchase .. so I can use for a right off on my business.nnIf I would have been in the restaurant I would have asked for a refund and went next door to McDonald's.nnWhy is it that you have to consistently ask for a recipt for your food purchase in your bag.nnOne of the first thing I was taught working in fast food years ago is to make sure you put the recipt in the bag..proper condiments and of course napkins..nnIs that to hard to ask to be put in a brown paper bag all the time..nI think not.nnNext time I will drive to Peterborough and go to wendys there.
Came through dt for 2 meals. Waited forever. Had to come inside to get the food. Ordered apple pecan salad with no meat.. got a chicken Caesar with brown lettuce, straight into garbage!
So, so, slow!!!! Not just small town slow, but incompetent slow. No manager to answer to it. Clearly a complete failure of franchise responsibility. Don't stop here. Carry on downtown. Find a mom and pop shop instead.nnUpdate: nobody should feel proud putting that food into a delivery bag. No oversight. Don't throw money away like this.
