I ordered the new Cobb salad to go. When I got home and open the salad Most of the lettuce was wilted and stuck together with thick grease. The whole bottom of the container was covered with thick grease that looked like lard probably from the bacon. It was so disgusting. I had to microwave the salad for 10 seconds just to remove some of the grease that was stuck on the lettuce. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no answer. After about the fifth or six time calling the store someone finally picked up and just put the phone down. I could hear people in the background but nobody was answering when I said hello so I assume they just took the phone off the hook and laid it on the table so I’d stop calling I guess. Would definitely not recommend this salad, especially for $10
Wendy’s drive -thru service was very quick. I ordered for Four people and everything was hot and fresh.Normally I never get enough napkins, but this store gave us just the right amount.
Food is good as always from Wendy’s but the girl at front billing counter is extremely rude. I don’t even know what’s the reason . I was in store around 2:15 pm on June 29,2024. Guys don’t ruin the place with that kind of behaviour please. Disappointed!!
The food is as you would expect from any Wendy's, quite good. I have had experiences of great customer service, but also other times very poor customer service. One employee I had at the drive through sounded like he hated his job, and then gave me the wrong order completely still charging me for the more expensive item that I asked for. It depends on who is working when you visit.
This is a fine Wendy's restaurant. The food was quite good, and the fries were particularly good. The food was made quickly. There are numerous drink options.nnThe employees were friendly, even asking how things were for us mid way through our meal.
