Ordered online and drove through the drive thru to pick it up. Shocked everything came as ordered but I always preferred this location over any other one. They seem to pay attention to the orders properly. Order was hot when I got home and food was delicious. Chicken fingers, onion rings, nuggets, mashed potatoes were very tasty and made great.
This Popeyes is one of several fried chicken restaurants that I went often times, the chicken and fries are delicious, the store is clean and bright, and parking space is usually easy to find. The staff are very nice. But it's on the side of Howard, so it can be difficult to get to.
This establishment was very clean, which is always a plus. The food took longer than anticipated to get ready. We did have a big order but there were people who ordered after us who got their food before us. The food was hot and fresh. It was also very greasy unfortunately. The poutine was delicious. The coleslaw, onion rings and mashed potatoes were also a fan favorite. The biscuits tasted slightly stale. As for the mac and cheese, it’s a fail. It was absolutely lacking in flavor. Our favorite dip was the blackened ranch.

We ordered spicy chicken around 10:15 pm today but got regular for both orders. The chicken seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long, almost as if it was about to be discarded. The staff seemed relaxed, and the lady taking my order was busy laughing at a joke made by her colleague. Very disappointing experience. We always prefer the Huron Church branch, where both the service and food are consistently good.
