Bathroom was acceptable.  Counter staff was pleasant and capable at her job. At 5:30 PM on Tuesday the drive through was busy.  You serve yourself a drink from a machine that seems to have an endless amount of choices.  The dining room was clean the tables were clean. The dining room feels to insitutional cafeteria for my taste.  As I look around the room I get the sudden feeling like I want to leave  Surprisingly at 50 years old I seemed to be almost the youngest customer In the restaurant.  There were a couple of groups of older people. They were not loud or boisterous.  The food was hot and fresh. Tasted as it should.  The manager should be proud of all the workers at this store.  I will definitely come again but I think I'll eat outside on the patio next time.

Been to this Wendy’s 5 separate times over the past 2 years- every single time we come the fries are cold, the sandwiches look like they’ve been stepped on and overall the quality has never been up to par with any other Wendy’s I have been to. Given this location many chances to prove me wrong but not worth the $$ anymore

I ordered through the mobile app. How hard can it be to get the order right? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got home I saw it was a cheeseburger  So I called and spoke to the manager and she didn't even apologize, she just said I can do one of 2 things: you can come back tonight and I'll replace it or I can send you a coupon in the mail. I asked if I could come tomorrow and she said no, I have to come tonight. Absolutely terrible service. She's acting like as if she's doing me a favor. I don't even like wendys much, their spicy chicken sandwich is basically what I order if I go. But she's the manager and she didn't even apologize. Who trained her? My visit was today, October 6,2021. The cheeseburger was gross. Looks good but ew I don't like their burgers.
