every single time I get a chicken Cesar salad there’s hair in it. Today I found 7 hairs, all different colours and I was DISGUSTED. Please Wendy’s fix this, I love the salads but end up not eating them due to this problem.
Second time in a row going through the drive thru and missing items from my order, and the ones I did get were thrown together
The server at the drive thru screwed up our order so badly. We wanted to dinners with baked potato and sour cream and margarine, No drinks, and we got drinks, no margarine, and rude service from her at the window. My husband has a hard time hearing and they should made sure their headphones are turned up in all instances instead of talking to others while they are taking an order. This place gets worse each time we visit there, we are going to have to find another fast food place better than this one.
I was at Wendy's for the first time in a long time last night. Awesome servers efficient and friendly. I use restaurants a lot as I drive courier this was a good experience
Food was really good but staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and the dinning area was a mess fries all over the floor and the area with cutlery was covered in spilled pop and only had 2 ketchup holders. Not to mention the trays they sent the food on was covered in old chease and very clearly hadn't been washed.Food: 5/5
