drive through has changed to not carrying coke zero at the window, while the restaurant itself does carry it. Makes no sense. As a diabetic, diet coke is a strong flsvour that not everyone enjoys and coke zero was always my drink of choice. not sure of the reason for the change but I am left disappointed. the food is exactly as expected. Spicy chicken is fantastic. the staff are always friendly and helpful
Loved this place. I got dinner here a few nights ago for my family and they forgot my sandwich. I went back the next day as they had closed that night and the manager gave me the whole meal for free!! Thank you so much!
I've been here 3 times. First was okay. Second and third, you'd think they pulled my hamburger out of the deep fryer. Dripping with grease before you open the wrapper.
I went there for breakfast this morning, but before ordering my food I decided to go to the washroom to wash my hands. NO RUNNING WATER IN THE MEN'S WASHROOM! Makes you kind of wonder if whoever prepared your food washed their hands beforehand. Anyways, I'm going to be avoiding this location for the next little while.Food: 3/5
The last several times I’ve gone to tillsonburg wendys the fries have been almost cold. Never in the many years before was this a problem. When a complaint was made the man manager I think…new didn’t apologize or offer to fix the problem. The burger I’ve ordered the same way for many years was wrong and he basically said it was my fault. Horrible customer service
I ordered and paid for 2 JBC burgers and 2 Poutine…Missing a burger in the bag. I think the dog in the vehicle in front of me was too much of a distraction to complete my order properly…P.S. you could wash your hands after offering the dog to smell it.
Place has gone downhill last couple years. Says open till midnight online but closes before 11 and they shut down grills around 10. Food quality has slipped as well with mushy fries and drinks that have more ice than soda Parking: Busy parking lot with tons of people that just loiter here
One thing I love about Wendy's is the food is always hot and fresh, their salads are very well made, and their french fries are very good. Vegetarian options: If you just want to get a salad there's no problem, if it comes with chicken or any other meats just tell them you don't want it no top it off more with what you like Kid-friendliness: It's fun for your kids to go in and get kids meals, they have high chairs to put your little ones in and safe while you eat, and they have special little meals for a little ones. Parking: Lots of parking space, and if there's a storm or snow they keep it very clean and they put salt on the doorways so you're always safe from not slipping and falling down.
This location NEVER disappoints! They will read out your full order while giving it to you so they and you won't miss anything. Great service!
