Stopped into this location for a light dinner. I had ordered a summer berry salad and two frosty desserts. I received a salad without dressing, and both frosty desserts were semi frozen. The frosty desserts came with soft-drink cup lids, and straws. When I asked the staff as to why the desserts were not frozen she said the machine had to be fixed. I asked the staff why I'm a receiving a straw without drinks ordered, and she commented they were out of supply. I'm not quite sure as to why they continue to try and sell items that aren't up to their company's standards, but hey, I'm not the franchise owner. It's always a treat visiting this location as the comedy and hijinks are always top notch.
We love going through the drive through for frosties!! Inside is clean and welcoming! Went in during an outage at the drive through, and the staff were prompt to give service inside. Thanks for the friendly service!!
Frostyccino is good but much too pricey for it being 75% ice. Otherwise the burgers here are pretty good. Definitely recommend the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger as it's only about 3 dollars for a patty with tomato lettuce mayo and bacon. The cheesy cheeseburgers are 2 dollars as well. I liked the asiago chicken sandwich
I've yet to be given my food without having to wait for it outside the front of the building. I'm not sure what the problem is....whether I order 2 things or 6.....I'm always told to drive to the front and wait for it. This happens even at 930 pm when I'm the only customer! And...ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. There's almost always something missing. I have been told numerous times 'let us know next time you're here and we'll give it to you '... I've never bothered going back to collect my forgotten items. But, if I did...there'd be enough food to feed plenty!
Terrible service, someone in front was getting a refund or something at the drive thru and wouldn’t leave and I was trapped in the drive thru lane for 10 mins literally 10 mins and staff was rude and really dismissive like whatever I was at the payment window so I could see staff whole time then after all that my order was wrong… burger was cold obvs sat for 10 mins and instead of cheese was just a ton of mustard. Terrible service and store don’t bother- other options in that mall. Never again Wendys
Very much enjoy the Son of Baconator, cause it makes me feel healthier; I mean, least it's not THE Baconator lol. But drinks are also why I go to fast food places, I love the drink fountains here. I get kinda upset that they're out of "my drink", Then I find something else that's really tasty that I would have never tried. The nuggets and strips are tasty here too. The reason for 3 stars is this location is really inconstant. Last time I ordered nuggets I waited almost 20 mins, while someone else before me ordered the same No idea how long he was there, didn't see him order and they made a batch after someone after me ordered the same thing. Also had to ask for my drink cup after my food was made, while everyone after got theirs right away.
Food is amazing here, I go here during work simply for convenience. Although, the wait time is a little long. I usually wait 20 min for a burger.....Food: 4/5
Not gonna lie, never thought I'd get a decent salad at a fast food joint. I was impressed with the taco salad & how fresh it was. I give the location a two though. Whoever designed the layout of the shopping complex may want to consider golf cart lanes ...for shoppers to get from one store to the next. Everything is so spaced out.
I ordered three sandwiches in the drive thru and only got two, which I didn't notice until I had crossed the border. They require me to go back to the store to get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. I will not be returning.
Quite a wonderful experience. Very clean restaurant! Wonderful service from all the employees! Overall quite a great experience! I would 100% return
