Not as good as it looks, I had the southern fried chicken burger and it was incredibly salty, the gravy was so salty it was in eatable. The beef burger my wife had was not as salty and seemed better than the chicken. Would I eat here again? Not for $50.00 for 2 combos and a waffle fries! Could have eaten at earls for that price!!! 1 star at best what a let down
We have been there few times now I must say the quality has been always good Service could be better but it does the job. Great to know that they have Halal Beef burgers. Restaurant has plenty of seats and been clean so far
GREAT gluten free burgers. I have been coming here for a few years and I have to say they are my favorite burgers in the greater Vancouver area. The burgers are delicious and they have good gluten free options. They are very knowledgeable and careful with the handling when it's an allergy request. They have GF buns, separate toaster, no fillers in the patties and a dedicated frier for the fries:
First time Customer alert Wow, very disappointing and deceiving menu. Came in as their outside photos look promising. Food: Had their Angus burger custom. Cons: -Their payment machine needed to be restarted and checked to see if payment went through, which was a bad experience. -They say, "Unlimited topping." NO, this is not true as the worker said no when we wanted to add more on our topping when it wasn't even full. -She also gave me not even a full tomato. It was a small half slice.. -Same time, she added everything to both of the burgers when it should have been only 1 burger. -The cost for the burger is way too expensive for a small burger. I can make it at home for a better price. -The burger was wrapped terrible, and everything was falling apart. Pros: -Only thing I can say is that they have a lot of seating and it's in the mall for convenience. Won't recommend going here since you can find a burger place better and give more with fries for $10
Terrible customer service, would definitely not come back here. Pros: - The beef patty is pretty good. - restaurant layout seems nice and open area. Cons: - workers there look like they don't want to be here, quite rude when you want to ask questions. - there are over 30 toppings to choose from and they don't tell you how much we can select maximum, only selected about 4 small toppings this includes the mayo by the way which was a flat spread, and the worker would say she can't do anymore, we already paid $9 for a small burger and McDonald's can provide a bigger burger than that for $3 and taste better. - portion size is small. - you asked for tomatoes as a topping, you'll get one skinny slice. - very expensive for what it is. - tables are dirty.
Taste is good. Not the best I have tried. Could be better. The ambience is good and not too clutterd, also you can choose your toppings. I would try it once. Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair friendly.
Located next to TELUS.. The BEST chicken burger I've had in a while. Make your own, I even got fries ON mine. The staff there are pleasant and friendly. Thank you for an awesome meal and experience. We will be back!!!
I do not recommend. Dry, flavourless, small burgers that don’t taste good at all. On top of all that, 2 Burgers, 1 onion rings, & 1 Strawberry Milkshake cost $32…this is a discount burger chain disguised as a gourmet burger joint. The onion rings and shake were good but if people are coming for the burger, the burger better be worth it!
So disappointed with slices, cuts of cardboard inside the mushroom burger. Unhygienic, unsafe, discarded the rest of the burger...check your food very well. I can bring the proof if you want to see
The burgers are with such a great taste, and the meat is really fresh, I would really recommend that this is the best place to eat in the mall. Also, the staff was really friendly and good customer service.
