Went through the drive thru got home no fries... called, went back got my fries. Returned home and saw I had Southwestern dressing for my ceasar salad called again but I was not going back. Staff person agrued that's what I ordered, I gave my order number and she still agrued not sure why....then she said oh I was looking at the wrong order number...really how about a sorry? I said I would email their head office she said good then a click. They really did not seem to care, next time I will spend my 24.00 somewhere else
We always enjoy this location. It's clean and well kept. Staff seem sincerely friendly and reasonable. Food is as good as you'd expect from Wendy's. Recommended. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and includes an accessible washroom.
A normal Wendy's. Nothing abnormal about it. It has all the food, treats and drinks you can expect. As normal they also have the gluten free chili which is always a treat. Just off of the 402. Quick and friendly service. #localguides
After dinner I thought I'd like a little dessert. I stopped after a very long wait at the drive thru I was informed that the frosty I ordered would be at least 5 min. As they forgot to turn on the machine.Service: 1/5
Worst spicy chicken I ever had. The photo looked amazing. When I got in my vehicle and seen what I had I was discusted, not only with the presentation but also the taste. It had been 5 years since I had Wendy's, I'll NEVER eat that slop again. It's time society holds these slop houses accountable and boycots them. Any good reviews must be from staff who are told to right a good review. I will say the staff was good, it's unfortunate their place of employment care more about the bottom line than about their customers satisfaction. Also a woman in line in front of me returned here entire meal because of how poorly made it was. Poor Dave Thomas must be rolling in his grave knowing how terrible of a franchise, his once great legacy has become.
A bunch of us ordered some Wendy’s on a night shift but we’re upset that we were missing a couple snack wraps and our bacon poutine was just a cheese fry with bacon. However we called the store and they gave us a full refund no question asked. Great customer service
The setup of this location is horrible. Drive-thru is slow and backs up to the road very quickly. Once that happens no one can get into the parking lot. They now lock the washrooms and you have to request a key. I left without ordering since the line was standing still. Went down the street and the washrooms weren't locked, parking lot made sense and the line was moving.
Best salads of those offered by similar competitors. Chili us also a nice alternative offering.Food: 4/5
Terrible Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was so very old, dry and the thinnest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Look at what they market the sandwich to be and pictures of what I got. Notice the colour difference. That chicken looks like it sat for the whole day. I had a few bites and threw it out. Terrible!! I saw another review from a month ago about terrible chicken and the owners replied with “this is how we get better”. Clearly nothing has changed.
Went to Sarnia Wendys today- unfortunately not a good experience 2 cold burgers and threw half the french fries out due to rotten black - not the Wendys i remember! Wont be back and it being lunch hr thought the meal would have been hot
