Burger King

Went here, and ordered a triple whopper WITHOUT cheese and repeated this several times due to past issues. On my drive home I ate my Onion Rings and when I got home realized that there was cheese on the burger, so drove back and informed them of this. The girl snapped back saying they make what we order so I MUST have mis-ordered. After this 40 minutes ordeal drive there, home and back to burger king and home AGAIN I got nothing but attitude. Because I ate my Onion Rings they said I couldn't return the burger for a full refund. Will never come back here again!

I have become a regular customer here for their amazing value, even without coupons you can get a full meal for $6-7, which doesn't happen at other places anymore, even supposedly budget chains. Customer service is great, including today - I was served cold and rock-solid chicken nuggets during my visit, and when I called about it, the manager on shift personally made sure to replace them with fresh nuggets. The quality of the food isn't particularly mindblowing, but for the value offered here, it's definitely worth it, and still on par with or better than what you get at more expensive fast food places.

Fantastic customer service. Fast and friendly service every time! They’ve never messed up my order once. Which is far more than I can say about their competitors. Burgers and fries are always hot and fresh. The dining room is clean and well attended. I will continue to return. Thank you!

Wednsday is the #1 Day to visit Burger King, Seeing as I Love the “Whopper” Soooo Much and it is ‘Half the Regular Price on a Wednsday!

This is the only BK in town... its half gas station half BK... it is by far the filthiest BK I have ever been too. Spilled pop on the floor, tables sticky and unkempt.. and best of all, whatever they use to make the paddies was broken. So no hamburgers! If you want deep fried chicken and fish you're good to go... now to the food...when you order by app, you expect to get what you order. So aside from finding out in store that I wasn't getting a burger I tried the chicken burger had known I would have went to harveys... not a fan of the chicken. Wizzled piece of chicken, with a pound of mayo and a couple pieces of lettuce. Gone are the days when people cared about their jobs, and presentation of their products. It wasn't like they were busy, I was the only one in line. And the app should be updated when half the menu is not available.

Burger King gave Skip The Dishes the wrong order completely not one thing was correct and the drinks were omitted. Burger King told us to return and they’d comp the order. We did. They threw out the food and told us we’d have to pay again and when we complained they offered us a small fries! We declined. Total time wasted on the phone and driving to and from restaurant = 2 hours. Terrible customer service! The only other time I ate here the Whopper tasted like cardboard!

I get its a small staff but even if you're the only one there, the food takes forever. Got a simple breakfast sandwich and waited for 10 mins at least, and the English muffin wasn't even warm... Disappointing cuz of the wait and they're usually a great place for breakfast :/

The whoppers are terrible, they taste old and dried out and usually the fries too but on occasion when the fries are actually fresh they are great .Food: 2/5

If it were possible to give zero stars, I'd be all over it!! I order through Skip quite often from here, but NO MORE!! 98% of the time there is food missing, drinks are wrong/missing, nuggets are either cold or overcooked. Might as well chew cardboard!! Whoppers have been soggy and thrown together with no regard for the customer's satisfaction. Try to phone to complain? What a joke!! NEVER answer the phone!! Attaching a picture for how many times I called in ONE night to complain and gave up. Called Skip to complain and get credit for 3 large fries that were TOTALLY missing from my order, get $1.20 Get your act together!! Will NEVER recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone!! Harvey's and A&W are far more respectful to customer satisfaction.

The food is decent, especially for fast food but the service is lackluster. Parking: Theres a few parking spots but shares the parking lot with the store.
