Drive thru was moving and getting served quickly. One of the things that determines my reviews about any fast food place are the fries. And what I got from Wendy's was better then what I've gotten from couple other places down the street from Wendy's. Hot, crispy and salted... that's all I want.Food: 5/5
The burger wasn't fresh, the beef was dry the cheese wasnt even melted, and the big slap of lettuce made me chuckle.Food: 1/5
Went through the drive-thru that was slow. We ended up getting getting a kids nugget meal instead of a kid hamburger meal. There wasn’t any sour cream for the sour and chives baked potato. I tried to call but the mail box was full. This isn’t the first time our order has been incorrect. Ugh.
My boyfriend and I went through the drive through at appx. 11:35 pm on 9/19/22 and Tony was awesome! Super friendly and accommodated us and all of our requests. Keep him around!
I have been through this Wendy's a dozen times now. I travel all over for work. This spot Wins fist place. Its the only fast food u get fresh and HOT. Not cold or lucky warm food. This location u get Hot fresh fast food. The fries have been super. Service has been great also. Happy customer and aways busy.Food: 5/5
Took the kids here and they loved it. It's nice that Moses Lake finally has a Wendy's.
Beautiful new building but I don't know what happened.....they've become pretty proud of their food or something because I don't eat much and I spent 18 dollars on cold food for just me somehow..... Next time I'll grab a steak from a sit down restaurant.Food: 3/5

Employees did not cut up the bacon for baconator fries. Cheeseburger was covered in mayo and cold. Only good thing about this place is the manager will give you a refund.Food: 1/5
This review is long overdue but the drive thru being extra slow gave me the time. They need more help or a better plan to getting food out faster. Several cars kept backing up out of line for how long it was taking.
