This location is never really that busy. But for some reason almost every order I witness at this location has to pull up and wait for the workers to hand them their food. Today we decided to go inside. And we decided to spend a bit more than we normally do. About twice as much. And sadly we were twice as disappointed. 2 pieces of my lettuce were limp as if they've sat out for a while. My burger was warm not really hot. Like it was made before I had even got there. All of our buns had these weird markings and they were almost all flat or smushed. No sugar really on the french toast sticks. All of my waffle fries were like tiny and ends. And I think I got medium sized fries instead of large. But that just might be a change in portions. I used to come here a lot more often. But after today it will be a long while before I feel like I may try Moses Lake, Carl's again.
Clean, quite, and peaceful. The chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce was amazing as was the Bacon Beast Burger. The cashier was very professional and courteous, and greeted us with a smile which is rarely done anywhere these days. I think she was being trained, regardless she was was doing a fantastic job as was the crew. We got our food within minutes and it was fresh!
Drive-thru didn't know how to take a coupon. I was over charged by $16.?? They tried to give me part of the order from the car in front of me. So their order must have been messed up too. Got a refund, and my order, and was out of the drive-thru in under 15 mins. It really was taking over 5mins per car.Food: 3/5
I appreciate the Beyond Famous Star being on the menu. Without it, I wouldn't have no reason to go here. Staff friendliness is hit or miss, but usually not too bad. Vegetarian options: Beyond Meat burgers for the win!!
We stopped by for lunch. No line in the drive through which was great. They gave us our order quickly, but did not include napkins. For a restaurant known for MESSY BURGERS that seemed odd. We had to go back to the window and ask for napkins. No apologies were offered by staff for their oversight. - I ordered a bunless Famous Star burger. The pictures on the menu showed leafy lettuce but we only got iceberg. Definitely not the same experience for my palate! - My husband was happy with his burger, though.
Don’t waste your time coming here. Go to burgerking instead. They don’t care about their food quality and they don’t care about you. Seriously. Don’t waste your time. You’ll be disappointed.
We were served by a tall latina gal with blonde highlights and tattoos, one of the nicest fast food workers my family has been served by, she was super kind, in a great mood, brought our food out to us. Really great service way to represent your business well!
It was terrible, I went through the drive through and when I got to the window was told I couldn't have the milkshake, that's fine so a lemonade. Checked my meal before leaving the parking lot, the fries dripping with grease and not fully cooked. Took 1 bite of my chicken sandwich and took everything but my lemonade back in for a refund. Was treated disrespectful by the young girl. But the young man who completed the transaction was polite. I don't know if this is a Moses Lake issue because my experience at Arby's the day before was worse than this. Makes it tough when working out of town, to find good food and service.
Management and owner don't seem to care about this location. Spent 41 dollars on the worst carls junior I've ever had and never got any response after responding to the generic response from the manager here on Google. Very unprofessional
