I usually love Wendy's chili but this one was more like soup. There was next to no meat or beans...just liquid and a bit of tomato chunks. Attention to detail is so important in my opinion.Food: 1/5
Half the staff don’t wear hair nets or gloves, kind of disgusting as I thought any employee working in or handling food should have to do this. I believe the manager herself wearing the red Wendy’s shirt also wasn’t following this while she was preparing fries for the drive thru. Not what I expect from a large chain like this.

We ordered a chicken sandwich. When we got home, there was no chicken in the chicken sandwich. Very upset. When I order a chicken sandwich, I expect chicken in my chicken sandwich.
Restaurant was clean and sanitized well. There was a steady stream of people through the drive through and a turn over of inside diners. It did not feel crowded. Wendy's is in the same building as Tim Hortons. They share the dinning area.
I asked if the Avacado in the salad was fresh or if it was from a can. I was assured it was fresh but it did not taste right. The men's bathroom needed attention. It looked like a mechanic or welder had washed there hands before I got there and the counter had short back hairs on it.
Very slow at this location. They leave you waiting before taking order so they dont backup too much. Use drive through, walk ins are not prioritized. Ordered extra mayo on my burgers and I didnt get any. I would take it back but fear I would have to wait another 15 minutes.
Unfortunately today was not good, on my 3rd bite I realized the burger was under cooked so I discarded what was in my mouth and the rest of the burger. The coke no ice was 1/3 full of ice. Thankfully the fries were good.
Food was good. Order wasn't correct. But what I got was perfect... Went again a week later Problems with the order again. :
Terrible service, no greeting, good bye, or thank you for my business. I ordered in the drive thru... I wasn't told to drive up to the window so I said I guess I'll see you at the window I hope. The lady handed me the bag and I felt like she was very rude to me and just said here! I will never come to this location ever again and I advise no one else to as well.
