We rarely get the correct meal, or supplies to eat it straws, dips, here in drive thru. Always check that you have all straws, and dips... And that the kids meals have the chicken nuggets and not just fries toy and yogurt.Food: 4/5
We very rarely get the right food here, the coffee at this location is bad 8/10 times you go. They always seem to send you to the front of the store rather than give you what you've ordered.. whether or not theres someone behind you. So then you have to navigate the 3 or 4 other vehicles parked waiting for your food well the grunt runs out food and stops by everyones window asking if its your order. Only time we've ever gotten straws with our order is when we didnt order drinks.
Very dirty. Women’s washroom was extremely unclean, men’s unclean needed attention. Gross tampon left out. Told the person at the counter didn’t care. The pop station was lacking all lids, straws, ketchup. Fries were hella over salted to the point of not edible. Garbage all over the outside patio. Not a place to go for food. Very disgusting
Last night at around 10:30/ 11 pm went through drive through the guy who gave me my food was very angry, yelled at me and pretty much through my food at me. After that he turned to his coworkers and continued to yell, swear, and be little them. I'm guess he was maybe the supervisor. It was very unprofessional how he acted
Don't go in drive thru only the atmosphere is soo bad there was a person who couldn't stop sneezing two other people that were on something that made it so they had a hard time ordering and reakedFood: 3/5
Do not come here between 4-5:30 am. They do a “system update “. 2 days in a row i have arrived at 4:20 am to get a coffee, 1st day i waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and was then told they are doing an update. Store started taking orders at 5 am. Second day I arrived at 4:10 waited 10 minutes at the speaker drove to the window, no one was there. Went back to the speaker waited until 4:45, i dont have anywhere to be so it doesn’t matter then was told they will be doing a system update. So i said i have been here since 4:20 so at this point i will just wait. They said nothing, waited 10 more minutes and then said the restaurant is closed until 5:30. Im sure there is a better way to let our customers know the restaurant is closed. My suggestion. 3-4 am is less busy and updates should be done then. Drive thru should be blocked like they usually do when it’s closed to let customers know. Turn off the exterior lights or order screens. Or even have a message on the order screen saying the restaurant it temporarily closed. Maybe that can be included in a future update: Im not trying to pick at the employee working here as in my experience they have all treated me really nice. Just trying to give some advice on areas we can improve on:!
Much like any McDonald's you go to. Employees are friendly and atmosphere is very clean definitely one the best I've been tooFood: 5/5
10 minutes 'parked' waiting for my drive through order. I ended up going into the restaurant to collect my order. Not good service.
Guy at the drive thru is super awesome! Very nice this late at night. Super courteous and respectful. 5 stars for him
It's very miserable here, I was sitting on one of the tables outside and a random car offered me money for no reason other than I must have looked homeless. Somehow I turned down the free money so I came to the conclusion that this Place makes people dumb and it needs an exorcism. Pronto.Food: 1/5
