Wow! I am not kidding when I say that these folks are awesome. They had our order out in less than 5 minutes and they patiently answered all my questions. Everyone here is super friendly and the business practices are wonderful. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated for fall. They even have a small electronic fireplace. It only got better once we got our meal. Very hearty and refreshing taste! I loved my lemonade. We will be coming back.
Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time. Never was a fan of it. However, this time I got the bourbon bacon cheeseburger and that thing was on point! Lots of bacon, juicy burger and those onion strings make the cake. The fries on the other hand were def not fresh. The lobby is open and it's very nice in there with tvs and lots of different options for seating. The wait was very short and service was pretty good.
The line for the drive thru was long so I went inside to get it to go. The female cashier was very nice and tried to be fast but she was busy. Her manager was very snarky with her. But pleasant to me.Food: 5/5
I’d like to say personally to the manager working there that the kid working I believe Monday night was fricking spectacular along with some thee best customer service I’ve ever had. Baked potato and 3 “2 for 6$” less than ten mins

I usually dread going to Wendy's but they were the only ones open when we got into Petoskey late on 8/15. Let me tell you about the best service I have had in a LONG time from a Wendy's establishment, let alone, a fast food establishment. They were fast, friendly, understanding and the food was fresh. I found out that they had the ice I like to chew so then I was there a lot and they always had a smile on their face for my weird request for ice. Their breakfast so was GOOD! Everything was hot and fresh. Other Wendy's and fast food places should take a note from this location. They were spot on and I appreciate how wonderful they were during our long 8 hour trip to Petoskey and our stay for a few days. You have no idea how far just a smile can go but you truly made my trip! Thank you so much!
I was there a few days ago I was amazed by the burger I ate think it was a Dave's triple was a big burger that guy can't remember his name at the register but I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time he suggested one of the burgers it also looked delicious but I went with the triple I think this guy was a manager not sure...friendly one of the best I've seen in a while so a big thumbs up for everything I'll be back in for that other burger that was suggested

Amazing. Friendly service, hot crispy fries, yum. We live in Roseville near Detroit and the people they employ there are just the absolute worst choices lol. Wendy’s where we come is a 1/5 but here it really was great. Thanks!
