Always gives me fresh fries but the burger is always dry. Cashier is always nice no matter who it is. Service time isn't bad, just needs fresher food, "respect the holding times" then food won't be dry.Food: 1/5
I hit up the drive-thru about 1pm last Friday, and was surprised by the attitudes of the employees and the quality of food. Every person that I interacted with, from the voice that took my order, to the person collecting my money, to the person who handed over my order, seemed absolutely miserable, from tone of voice to facial expression. It was disturbing to witness. But worse yet was the food, which seemed to have soaked up the despair of its preparers, or at the very least, gone bad. The dipping sauces tasted as though they were spoiled, and the italian chicken sandwich which I was so excited to see returned tasted sour and queasy-making. I couldn't finish my meal, and felt decidedly ill afterwards. Not sure what happened to this restaurant I once was able to count on for a quick, tasty meal.
One of the few places left with a play land. Burgers ,of course, are charbroiled: "FLAT TOP IS THE ENEMY!!!!!" My kid played on that play land for an hour though!!! Couldn't get that kid to leave!!! Update 7-19-21: still grillin and fillin , had breakfast today here and it was great. I forgot how good their hashbrown bites are... way better than mcds. Only place better for quick breakfast is Johan Burger ya know Hon?
Used to always Love their burgers and chicken sandwiches. They are skimping on the Mayo and sauces. Had whopper and fries tonight. Very disappointed. Fries was old and whopper was barely warm.

If you ask for pickle only that means put everything on it apparently because they can't just take off the catch up and mustard
Sometimes BK gets a bad rap but this one has never disappointed me. Food is always fast and hot. Service is great as well.
Food was hot. People were friendly. I'd go back again. It's not every day that you get friendly service. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out.
Original chicken sandwich almost every time I stop in. Easy and affordable. Especially when you use coupons through the app.
We had the Spicy Ch'King, it was absolutely delicious. We rarely eat at fast food and cannot believe how good it was. We got it without the extra sauce and were very happy... It doesn't need it! Hand down the best chicken sandwich out there!
