If you want your order messed up and non caring staff and raw meat, I highly recommend this Wendy's.... if you want food you can eat go somewhere else!!!!! This is not the first time, but will be the last!!!! UPDATE!!!!! I used the app for this order and have been fighting with corporate ever since, I have been told three different things now including that the order was already replaced..... I emailed them this picture and said I have not been back since I had raw meat and will never go back again, I received a response stating I should have a refund in 7 to 10 days.... will update again if anything happens...
The manager here was astonishingly rude. They had a worker clearly in training who was struggling. She asked for help and the manager blatantly belittled her for asking a question. Her tone was as if she wasn’t even speaking to a human with feelings. I would not want to work for that woman and hope the young girl quits or speaks up soon. Our food mainly turned out fine, except one burger that the manager made. We asked for it plain, receipt read plain and the young girl clarified we wanted it plain. The manager still proceeded to give us one with everything. The rest of the staff seemed fine, I just can’t believe the manager there.
Got chilli on cold day. No cheese or hot sauce. Still ordered it. It was wonderful & cashier was friendly & sympathetic & compensated it for a new child size peppermint frosty. I love Wendy's chiliFood: 4/5
Don't even bother. Every order is either wrong or dangerous. I've given it plenty of time to make it's comeback and it's not happening, so just don't bother going to this Wendy's.Food: 1/5
Getting food here is a coin toss...it's either great or they make half your food wrong and forget the other half. Staff is always nice, but I wish they'd have some consistency on getting your order right. I can understand being understaffed and occasionally having to ask for something, etc. but I'd rather wait an extra 2 minutes and have my order made correctly.
Prolly go here if U want your order made by someone who can’t read apparently… no mayonnaise means extra you should have to at least Be able to read to work here…..
Had a very good lunch. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Can't beat the box lunches. It's more than you can eat for less than 6 dollars.Food: 5/5
I feel like a broken record at this point, but great food, awful service. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of my food, but every time employee messes up the order, they sigh, and huff, and complain. I would lose clients if I ever made them feel like my gaff was their fault. But here we are.
I was the only car in the drive through and had to pull aside to wait almost 15 minutes for cold food and they forgot part of my order. I am beyond upset. I will never be back!!!!!
Finally a Wendy's that the burger was fresh n the bun was soft and the fry's were on point.. even the pop tasted like the flavor.. bristol rd store should learn something from this store.Food: 5/5
