I know that companies are cutting back on food they serve and must push out as fast as they can, forgetting about quality. So I submit this picture of a McDouble hardly any ketchup, mustard, 1 pickle, hardly and chopped onions, and only 30% of cheese inside burger rest in the rapper. With the economy the way it is and money as tight, is it too much to ask that when a father who son ask for a special treat at McDonald’s be served quality food.
Went to the drive through very nice people at windows ordered sausage egg micmuffin for wife must have put half the egg shell's in it this is not the first time that this has happened Went back to talk to management must be I'm not only one this is happening to was told already talked to staff but I didn't tell anyone yet was more upset after I got home even though I was offered another sandwich didn't take but felt like just trying to pacify me and not first time found shell's. YOUR SERVING THE PUBLIC DO YOU WANT THIS KIND OF FOOD WHEN YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR FAMILY OUT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER...THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!
They were closing half an hour early. Said sometimes they close earlier than store hours if no business. They shut off the parking lot lights during my order, and I couldn't see in front of me, and to the side. Drove right up over the curb, and thankfully, my tiny compact car was ok. Staff apologized, but they were rushing closing early, and I was the last customer.
Overall far better than the store just east of the highway down the street. I know they're rushed workers who feel they deserve more, but sometimes they just need to slow down a little. Some sandwiches come out looking like they flew at 20 mph, albeit fresh and tasty still. Little messy is all I'm sayin'.Food: 4/5
A senior was at the counter. Waiting for his order to be taken. The lady taking his order was rude about having to stop what she was doing to take his order and told him there was a kiosk to put his own order in. When he stated he was unsure how to use it. And that the one she pointed to had an out of order sign on it. She told him there were 3 other kiosks. Food was great as always but the service sucked.
Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal and was miles away before i found out they gave me a chicken sandwich. Was never offered a reciept. Went back the next day and was told by a snobby manager no proof of sale or a servers name they could not do anything for me. I will never eat there again. Any other place you go they will tale care of there mistakes and give you what you wanted in the first place
I wish other restaurants learn from you on how to run a business. The speed for take out is unbelievable. I've been in all kinda of restaurants I've yet to see the speed, accuracy and the quality even their delivery bags are excellent quality. That's why McDonald's is #1 because they do things the right way. McDonald's is my favorite. Thanks to the hard working people who make this happen.
I come to this McDonald’s quite a bit. The food has always been good and the customer service is great. I recently messed up my order and forgot to tell it tell them plain, but they had no problem with it and they easily fixed it for me and got me a new hamburger.
Had breakfast here this morning. Food was outstanding. Service with a smile. Messed up my order, but brought a new fresh one to my table. Appreciate the service.Food: 5/5
I was in the drive thru line when I saw a dog hanging out of a customer's vehicle at the pay window. The cashier reached out and started petting and rubbing the dog. She then fed the dog out of her hand, and the dog then started licking the cashier's hands. This went on for maybe a minute or so before I had to just leave. Sorry, but I don't want her handling my money/food after that. This was possibly the most unsanitary thing I've ever seen at a restaurant.
