I would've gave 5 stars but lobby isn't open yet and sometimes I've went there waited 20 mins in drive thru just to find out the kitchen has lost there minds and just stopped taking orders without incoming anyone. But the food is always fresh order is always on point so.... 4 stars for ya just keep it together y'all
The burgers are good. Fries were cold and was charged for an extra kids meal. Chocolate frosty soothed my soul....
Thanks wendys on university in cedar falls for always making my burgers keto style without condiments or bread without question and correctly each time. I wish there was a comment section though in the app to add extra crispy bacon because it kills thw whole sandwhich when I get soggy bacon because I forgot to say it.
I have never been treated more rudely by a restaurant staff in my life. The most unprofessional staff and managers I have ever seen. I was yelled at through the drive-thru, and treated as a nuisance for picking up an order for doordash.
Do not eat here. You have been warned the staff is lazy and incompetent. The manager is just as bad. When you say triple and they give you a single shows that can't even count. The manager could care less and doesn't even try to make things right. Frankly they don't deserve a job if they can't handle simple tasks.
Don't bother going to this Wendy's if you have a long trailer that won't make it through drive-thru. Evidently they don't want your business. Dining area closed.
The food is good but the order is always wrong in at least one way. This would be less weird if we weren't just ordering generic combos without edits.
The food was absolutely great is our first time going there for breakfast and we loved it
Went to Wendy's tonight and went thru the drive thru and they were closing early, got my food came home and the fries were so disgusting we threw them away really how hard is it to make new fries and not serve 3 hour old fries will not be going back there!!
