By far the Worst KFC i have been to. If your lucky to get you food/Order right. Most staff attitudes i deal with could be a lot better. Like I'm sorry I came to your store and made you do your job right. Hope things get better soon.
Waited 30 minutes for my order. And I ended getting this . ..supposed to be original and looks more like burn chicken .well not come back for sure
Updated review much better experience. Might have to stop driving to waterloo and just drive down the street when I want kfc again please keep up the good work
Really need to stop giving these guys a chance staff is rude it literally takes me 20 mins to get my food from them every time and when I get it it’s always wrong. I mean there is a clear difference in fish and chicken. Don’t waste your time coming here go somewhere else specially if your on a schedule
The worst place in cedar falls! I went through the drive through at 630pm and it was a 20 minute wait for chicken so I ordered off the long john silvers menu thinking it would be faster but waited 20 minutes in line anyways!
Went there at night, looked online and said they closed at 10, got there at 8:45. Asked for my order, but they were missing multiple item because they were closing in 10 mins, this was after waiting 5 mins in the drive thru for someone to talk on the intercom. Later I noticed the poor reviews for the store and I understand why.
Love their chicken strips.Best around.
Seriously starting to think that the people that work here either don't know what they are doing or just don't care!!! This place has really gone down hill!!! The last 3 times we have ordered its either we don't get everything or they get the order wrong!!! Definitely will not order from here again.
Great chicken. They don't always wear their mask and gloves. They don't give change back.
