Just placed an order for delivery. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see that there were zero napkins, no straw and no dipping sauce with the order. Grateful that I had two of those at home. Think twice about ordering again.
With so many options on Route 7 service speed means a lot for fast food and Wendy's failed that test. I preordered on the app a $5 order and it took 10 minutes in the drive thru to get. This was Friday at 4 PM. On the plus side, the building has been recently updated, the staff was friendly, and the food quality was good.
Couldn't go inside because of staff shortage. Drive-thru service and meal was good
Its always a pleasure seeing Jeremy & Mike in the morning! The staff is always cheerful and polite.
Good, courteous service. Consistently good food. Nice paper straws. Don't like to wait in drive-through line. Buying inside is much quicker and eliminates the carbon wasted waiting in car. Eating inside is also not bad. It's clean and not crowded.
Best Wendy's I've been too for sure. The cleanest as well
